Warranty Information
Please read this page carefully to understand how warranties work when using Rapid Roof Now.
Effective Date: March 18, 2026
Rapid Roof Now is a referral and lead-generation platform that connects homeowners with independent roofing contractors and service providers. Unless explicitly stated in a separate written contract, Rapid Roof Now does not itself perform roofing work and does not directly issue workmanship or material warranties for work performed by third-party contractors.
1. Third-Party Contractor Warranties
Any workmanship warranty, labor warranty, installer guarantee, manufacturer system warranty, or product warranty is provided solely by the independent contractor and/or the manufacturer issuing that warranty.
Rapid Roof Now is not the warrantor for third-party work and is not responsible for administering, honoring, servicing, extending, or enforcing warranties issued by independent contractors or manufacturers.
2. Manufacturer Warranties
Roofing materials may carry manufacturer-backed limited warranties. Coverage, exclusions, transferability, registration requirements, and claim procedures vary by manufacturer and product line.
It is the homeowner’s responsibility to review the actual warranty documents supplied by the manufacturer and contractor and to ensure any required registration steps are completed.
3. Workmanship Warranties
Some independent contractors may offer workmanship warranties for installation-related issues. The length and scope of such warranties vary by contractor, roof type, material, climate, maintenance history, and project scope.
Homeowners should obtain all workmanship warranty terms in writing before authorizing work.
4. No Independent Warranty by Rapid Roof Now
Rapid Roof Now does not independently warrant:
- The quality or fitness of any contractor’s work
- The future performance of any roof system or component
- The enforceability of a contractor’s or manufacturer’s warranty
- The availability of warranty remedies, repairs, or replacements
5. Common Exclusions
Warranties issued by contractors or manufacturers often exclude or limit coverage for items such as:
- Storms, hail, wind, fallen trees, debris, or other acts of nature
- Improper maintenance or neglect
- Structural movement, settlement, or pre-existing conditions
- Foot traffic, impact damage, or unauthorized repairs
- Poor ventilation, hidden moisture issues, or substrate problems
- Modifications made by others after installation
6. Warranty Claims
If you believe you have a valid warranty issue, you should contact the contractor who performed the work and, where applicable, the manufacturer directly. Keep copies of your invoice, contract, completion documents, warranty certificates, photos, and maintenance records.
Rapid Roof Now may, at its discretion, attempt to help route communications, but it is under no obligation to mediate or resolve warranty disputes between homeowners and third-party contractors or manufacturers.
7. Maintenance and Owner Responsibilities
To preserve eligibility under many limited warranties, homeowners may need to:
- Perform routine maintenance
- Address leaks or damage promptly
- Keep gutters and drainage systems clear
- Avoid unauthorized modifications or repairs
- Follow manufacturer care instructions
Failure to maintain the roof system may void or reduce available coverage.
